Pet Stain/Odor Removal
Pet Stains and Odor can quickly make a room an unpleasant place to be. Removing tough pet odor and stains is done through enzymes and deodorizers. Enzymes help to neutralize odors and stains before our extraction process. Once the odors and stains are neutralized we are able to extract the odor and stain during our extraction and rinsing process. If your thinking of getting rid of your carpet due to pet odor/stains, call us first and you will have a good chance of saving your carpet which will save you from the headache of replacing it.
Deodorizers
Once we have neutralized pet odors/stains we will use a deodorizer. Deodorizers help to make the room smell fresh and clean and those pet odors should be gone for good!

Are you able to remove all of the pet odor from our carpets?
Answer: In 90% of cases we are able to remove all the pet odor. The only cases where we can't remove the odor is if the pet stain (source of odor; mostly urine) has gotten into padding of carpet or in some cases below the padding and into the subfloor.
Are there some pet stains that cannot be removed from carpet?
Answer: Yes. In a small amount of cases, pet urine, if left long, it will dye the carpet permanently.
Is pet stain and odor removal an additional cost onto the basic cleaning?
Answer: Yes, there is an additional cost for the enzymes, deodorizers, and stain removers used to sufficiently remove the staining and/or odor caused by pets (we can usually estimate the correct pricing at time of scheduling your appointment).
What can I do to prevent pet stains and odor in the future?
Answer: We recommend having all your carpeted areas Scotchgarded to significantly reduce the possibility of permanent stains and odor.
