How long does it usually take for my carpets to dry after cleaning?

Answer:  Typically 2-4 hours depending on how soiled the carpets were before cleaning.  More soil in carpets, the more we have to work those areas until they are clean.

 

What do I need to do before your company arrives to clean carpets?

Answer:  We ask that you please vacuum all areas that you wanted cleaned for best results. We offer vacuuming services but they are an additional cost. Please move any furniture that you want us to clean under.We do move furniture, however it is an additional cost (i.e. $3 per sofa, $2 per recliner chair, $2 per end table, $7 per sectional sofa, etc).

Are there stains that your company cannot remove?

Answer:  Yes. Some red stains, coffee and tea stains permanently stain carpet fibers.  In most cases we are able to remove these stains but there is no guarantee that we will be able to. There are many variables that determine whether these types of stains can be removed.

 

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

Answer:  For best results and to significantly increase life of carpet, we recommend having your carpets cleaned 2x per year.  Studies have show that carpet which is professionally cleaned at least twice a year will last almost twice as long as carpet that is cleaned once every year or two (especially in high traffic areas).
